Another name has been added to ‘the list.’

Monsignor James Robertson with the Diocese of Corner Brook and Labrador Newfoundland has been charged with assault.

I have started a page  and posted enough information to  give a bit of an idea of Monsignor’s  assignments since his ordination in 1986.

I am heading to the States this morning.  I will add to the page after my return. Please keep the complainant in your prayers.

Enough for now,

Sylvia

  1. Evangeline says:

We just saw a post on Canon212 that had two priests discussing some scandal about a party. Both of us agreed these two priests were effeminates. It can often be detected, not always, but often. This blasted church is filled to the top with them, they are over-running the place, exactly like cockroaches or mice do. It’s going to take a holy intervention by God to get them out. Until they are out, it’s going to be the same thing over and over and over, and while we put money in the offertory, these men are living lavishly and buggering young men and each other. These men happen to be the ones who hate Catholicism and are doing all they can to bring it down.
Dear God, open eyes, so Catholics stop supporting the Big Gay Party.

  2. Dr. Sally Ball says:

Hi Evangeline. We, in Newfoundland have endured much clergy abuse. In 2014, two openly gay priests disappeared from the Diocese of Grand Falls. They were suspended, at the same time by Bishop Daniels. Now, 5 years later , we still know nothing about why the Priests disappeared, at the same time. We were told that it was none of our business !
We need transparency from the Bishops.
We can never heal until this happens.

Evangeline: I may be the only person to feel this way…. but I find referring to other human beings as cockroaches or mice (over running the place) to be extremely disrespectful. Your wording strikes me as dehumanizing and degrading of others as vermin. It simply is not needed or helpful in any way.

    • Phil Johnson says:

Totally agree with you. Evangeline should be ashamed by her choice of words. And why on earth does being gay have anything to do with sex abuse of minors? Talk about narrow mindedness.

  4. Christopher says:

Evangeline, I am sorry, but how many Catholic priests do you think would be left in active ministry if all those clergymen who are attracted to their own sex would be expelled or otherwise forced to leave? You would probably be surprised to realize how high the likelihood is that the priest in your own community, perhaps some you respect and admire, is gay too…and yet is a wonderful minister to his people.
