I’m here. Apologies – overtaken by the Olympics and other events over past few days. A bit of a time out. We taped yesterday’s events and settled in to watch around 4 pm – had to watch every minute of the men’s marathon, and a little of the other team events , and, of course, closing ceremonies. Must say I was disappointed that the marathon did not conclude with the traditional final lap in the stadium 🙁

Today, Monday, 13 August 2012: 10:00 am, courtroom #2, Brantford, Ontario, to enter a guilty plea.
If as anticipated this is for a guilty plea there should be some sort of agreed upon statement of facts about the charges. I do hope some of you are attending and can report back. Please, as always, keep the complainant in your prayers, And, please, as always, post comments of what transpires and/or send links of media coverage;
(2) Father John Sullivan (Diocese of Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario)

I will try today to get and post the start time. Remember that Father Sullivan now lives in in Montreal. I may be mistaken but think the chances of him appearing in person at this early stage are pretty slim. However, whether he appears or not the charges will be addressed in some fashion, if no more than, as is often the case, to set the next court date;
(3) Father Daniel Miller (Diocese of Pembroke, Ontario)
Tuesday, 14 August 2012: 11 am, for setting a date, Pembroke, Ontario courthouse (297 Pembroke Street East, Pembroke)
(4) Albert Leblanc (formerly of Diocese of Yarmouth, Nova Scotia)
Friday, 17 August 2012 : Sentencing hearing, Yarmouth, Nova Scotia Justice Centre (164 Main St., Yarmouth)
I will try today to get and post the start time. This hearing should include any Victim Impact Statements which are to be given in person by the victims and/or those VIS which will read into the record
