The victim was a student at a school when the offences occurred.
Linus Bastien, 85, of Chatham now also faces one more count of indecent assault and another count of gross indecency.
Bastien was previously charged with two counts of indecent assault and two counts of gross indecency dating back to 1978 when he was assigned to St. Mary’s Parish in Maidstone, Ont..
Bastien was arrested on Oct. 25 and is scheduled to appear in Windsor Court in November where he will answer to all charges before the courts.

Two additional sexual assault related charges have been laid against an 85 year old Catholic priest dating back 4 decades.
OPP have charged Father Linus Bastien with 1 more count of indecent assault and another count of gross indecency after another victim surfaced.
The charges date back to 1974 and 75 when Bastien was assigned to St. Paul’s Catholic Church in LaSalle.
The victim was a student at the school at the time.
Earlier this month, Bastien was arrested and charged with offences dating back to 1978, when he was at St. Mary’s Parish in Maidstone.
The alleged victims were both alter boys at the church.
Bastien is set to appear in a Windsor court on November 1st.

A priest now residing in Chatham is facing additional sex-related charges.
Essex County OPP have laid two more charges against Father Linus Bastien, dating back to 1974-75, when he was at St. Paul’s Catholic Church in LaSalle.
The complainant was a student at the school at the time. Another alleged victim has come forward to police, said the OPP.
The 85-year-old accused faces one more count of indecent assault, and another count of gross indecency.
He will appear in court in Windsor Tuesday.
