WINDSOR, Ont. — A former Windsor high school principal charged in May with indecent assault is now facing three additional abuse charges.

Rev. William Hodgson “Hod” Marshall is facing two new counts of indecent assault filed by two alleged victims in incidents dating back to 1955. A third victim is alleging Marshall sexually assaulted him between 1985 and 1986.

The initial charge, laid in May, was for indecent assault in an incident that occurred between 1985 and 1986.

Marshall taught at St. Hubert’s elementary school and Assumption College Catholic high school in the 1950s and became principal of Holy Names high school in the 1980s.

Marshall’s next court date is September 8.
