Well, I honestly don’t know whether to rejoice, or laugh, or cry. Perhaps a little of all three?
Let me explain…
When I heard news of Pope Francis new legislation for protection of minors I set to work to try to find out what it is all about.
I tried to find the actual documents themselves, but they are apparently not yet officially published, so, the next best thing was to find and post all reference to the news and supporting documents on the Vatican website. I posted the following, which includes two news article announcing the news:

It seems that the Holy Father has changed the definition of a Vulnerable Adult. Vulnerable Adults are also those who come to a priest for counselling. Regrettably, these individuals have also been taken advantage of by priests.

Absolutely nothing that emanates from this man will be honest, true, or intended to address the problem. No one should be confused at this point. His intentions are made manifest every single day.
