A page for Father Malcolm D’Souza has been added to the Accused list.

As a said elsewhere,  it is strange, indeed in light of the allegations I would now be inclined to say telling, that after years serving as a Pastor at several parishes Bishop Fred Henry suddenly decided to assign Father D’Souza  to assist at St. Francis de Sales Roman Catholic Church, High River & St. Andrew’s Roman Catholic Church, Vulcan, Alberta.

I will leave it at that for now.

If anyone has further information to add and/or fill in the gaps please pass it along.

Please, as always, remember the complainants in your prayers.

Enough for now,

What a sanctimonious woman you are. None of the allegations have been substantiated or proven; but as far as your blog is concerned, as soon as a priest is accused of something, he is automatically guilty. And “remember the complainants in your prayers”? Really?? what about the priests that have to go through public judgment and indictment without any proof of truth to the matter, how do think they are faring? You and your kind of ‘religious good’ person are the worst of your kind. Get a life, instead of preying on people who cannot defend themselves against public judgment, due to their vow of ‘obedience’ to the bishop. Do you even realize that you are only spreading ‘gossip’?
Christ said, “let you who are without sin, cast the first stone” … how sinless are you??

Again, God bless you too …

    • Jessie says:

I wonder how you feel now, that the Crown prosecutor has withdrawn all charges against Father Malcolm, you sanctimonious jack a$$$ As Christ said, judge not lest you be judged …

      • Phil Johnson says:

So funny jessie…as you judge people and try to demean them. You are a real pip!

        • D says:

Has anyone read the original charges?

The accusations were in regard to sexual touching of an adult woman.

Why is this man being repeatedly called a pedophile? Do you people understand the difference between inappropriate adult sexual acting out and pedophilia?

Do i need to stress the importance of this distinction?

Come on now? These are serious matters and tossing around such lies is a sin as well. Grow up people.

          • Phil Johnson says:

From what I see only one person has called him a pedophile…so don’t paint everybody on this website with the same broad brush. Agreed that he is not a pedo. I’m sure Sylvia knows what she’s doing. If throwing lies around is a sin, then 45 is quite the sinner eh? = )

          • D says:

            Read more carefully.

I said He is being repeatedly called a pedophile.

I did not say everyone and I didn’t say anything about Sylvia at all. I don’t have a problem with a public case being discussed publically.

Admittedly i should have said person instead of people but i was surprised at the lack of notice given to this important point in the discussion.

Yes btw…lying is a sin and classically Satan is called the father of lies.

As for 45, don’t get me started. Lying at that level and willfull ignorance to boot. YUK!

Most of the born again crowd like him so he must be ok….isnt that RIGHT? They have certainly not presented a consistent case from a Christian perspective but that is hardly surprising!

It’s called selective morality or moral relativism take your pick.

They are the same thing in moral theology. This is also defined as a sin or error classically speaking.

This particular error usually comes to the for during times of crude populism, historically speaking.

    So which priest is Jessie?

  5. Phil Johnson says:

D…point taken on the pedo thing. As far as 45 and how some christians love him, they are willing to look past all he says and does because they think the end justifies the means. Sad for sure and your words on them rings true.

  6. D says:

    Thanks Phil

I so agree with you on the end justifies the means thing.

Grandi said it best as to why he didnt become a Christian….because he couldn’t see the master in the followers.

Sad isnt it how we have come so far and we keep doing the same stuff.

Those who dont know history are doomed to repeat it.

This is what so scares me about priestly sexual abuse. I still dont believe we are embarrassing the root causes and i fear we are doomed to repeat the horrors.

I sincerely hope that i am wrong.
