Here is the court docket for previously convicted molester Father Barry McGrory ‘s court date tomorrow (Tuesday, 03 April 2018):

Note there are two entries for William McGrory, each with its own case number, both set for 10 am in courtroom 25c. One of the matters (case # 0411998171952400) is listed as :”PH- FOCUS/DISCOV/PRELIM HRG”
Is it a Preliminary hearing? or, will it deal with matters related to a preliminary hearing? Whatever it is, one thing is for certain, it is NOT a trial.
Is it booked for more than one day? There is no way of telling from the information on the docket. So, we shall just have to wait and see and what happens tomorrow in courtroom 25c.
So, here is what we now know for sure:
03 March 2018: 10 am, one case number scheduled for a Preliminary Hearing or matters related to a preliminary hearing, and another case number is “to be spoken to”, Ottawa courthouse (161 Elgin St.)

This is a two-day preliminary hearing. As always for prelims, there is a publication ban. Father McGrory is in attendance
Also, there are new charges from three complainants.
