As always, there will be a publication ban on all testimony and evidence, but the public is free to attend. There will also be, as always in these cases, a publication ban on the name of any complainants. What can be reported are things such as how many people in attendance in the courtroom, how many people were there supporting him, what he is wearing, his demeanour, the demeanour of those in attendance and of the judge, Crown and defence.
Weather permitting, I encourage those of you who are within driving distance and free to do so to attend.

I am going away for Christmas today. While gone I will keep tabs on comments and anything of particular interest in the media. There are all sorts of odds and ends to check into when I get back 🙂
