01 June 2015 (first set of sex charges and child porn charge): 10 am, Assignment Court, Brockville, Ontario courthouse, (41 Court House Square)
I think probably those new sex charges will be joined with the other sex and porn charges?

There is quite a bit more information added to the page of clerical molester Father James Roth OSFC page. As you c an see, he was active in the Archdiocese of Toronto for the past 11 years. During those years he was assisting at St. Francis of Assisi Roman Catholic Church, Mississauga, Ontario ( seven years,) and living and assisting at St. Patrick’s Roman Catholic Church, Mississauga from 2013 until his departure this year.
I can see no indication as yet that Catholic parents, parishioners, teachers have been informed that Father Roth was a self-confessed child molester. People should be told. I earnestly hope and pray that he left no victims in his wake in Canada.

Another Canadian priest/former priest charged. A former Marist priest from Quebec, Father Rejean Trudel(le) has been charged. I am still sorting out the proper spelling of his name, and whether or not he retired or left the priesthood – will get to work putting together what information I can round up later this evening – once it’s posted I will let you know.

I must make note here: I believe after a bit of checking and trying to sort things out that the Rejean Trudel identified in the media in February as a priest or retired or former priest is actually – or was? – a Marist Brother, ie, a member of a religious order of Brothers known as the Marist Brothers. Barring recent English media coverage of the I was unable to find any trace of him in Catholic Church directories or elsewhere where he is identified as a priest. I then found a French article which refers to him as brother. I think he is – or as I say, was? – a Marist Brother,
