19 years for Dejeager. With credit for 2:1 time served, that means another 11 years in jail!
According to CBC Peter’s Worden’s live blog, Justice Kilpatrrick wrote: “No sentence can ever compensate you for the pain and anguish that you have suffered.”
Hallelujah! I am sure that my thanks that Dejaeger has quite a few more years in jail to meditate on the immense damage he has done doesn’t come close to that of his many victims’.

Sylvia, the judge has shown Dejaeger that lying does not work (outside the church).
