Father John E. Sullivan has a court date tomorrow morning (Tuesday 06 May 2014) in North Bay Ontario:
06 May 2014: 09:30 am, courtroom #101 “to set a date for trial,” North Bay, Ontario court house (360 Plouffe Street)
Father Sullivan was charged 20 June 2012. That’s right – it’s nearly two full years, and still the complainants are waiting for a plea or a trial date.
Tomorrow morning is supposed to be to set a date for trial. Let’s hope, for the sake of the complainant, that a trial date is set, and that it’s set in the not too distant future.
If anyone in the area is free to attend to find out what exactly happens in the morning please do.

I have seen nothing in the news as yet regarding the preliminary hearing of Father Robert Couture today. I believe it was scheduled as a one-day hearing. If that’s the case there is a possibility that the judge ruled yesterday that there is or is not sufficient evidence to proceed to trial. Tomorrow I will try to find out what’s happening.

Sorry – didn’t get the blog up on Father Bruno Primavera. Today turned into 11th hour filing of income tax returns for husband and self. Oh joy 🙂 But, it’s done!
