Stories of princesses

We’re babysitting our 5-year-old granddaughter this weekend.  Days are filled with stories of princesses, and of a  little girl dressing up as a princess.  I was even commandeered into  being the princess travelling down the river in a boat fashioned of every pillow and cushion in the house.  I was squeezed into one teeny compartment, draped in my finery and jewels,  while the little one paddled and sang me down the river 🙂

Today is a family birthday, then back to my mundane life of reality 🙂  It’s been fun!

Enough for now,

Sylvia

Know the joys!!! We just spent 10 days with a precious baby grandson….reminds one of the young innocent lives that were wrecked by the selfish deviant sexual needs of certain clergy…. May justice prevail ….

there is nothing like playing with a 5 yr.old grandchild to give perspective and hope in the midst of seeing so much darkness. I spend Thursday afternoons with my 2 youngest grandsons and that also gives me what I need to face the darkness and do my part to make the world a better safer and more loving place. God bless all the beautiful children
