CBC Here and Now Newfoundland reported that Father George Smith entered another guilty plea in the Corner Brook courthouse yesterday. Smith was not present – the plea was entered on his behalf by his lawyer. The charge to which Smith entered the guilty plea is the newest one which laid in Moncton, New Brunswick.
This clears the deck for the sentencing hearing previously scheduled for 27-28 February 2013.
My goodness but you people in Newfoundland are suffering it through one wild winter – I see there is another dandy storm with high winds sweeping through Newfoundland and into Labrador right now. I hope you are all safe and warm 🙂

A reminder that there is a court date this morning (05 February) for Father John Sullivan in North Bay, Ontario:
09:30 am, Tuesday 05 February 2013, courtroom # 101, “to be spoken to,” North Bay, Ontario court house (360 Plouffe Street)
I doubt again that Father Sullivan will be making the trip from Montreal to North Bay for this courtdate, but, one never knows!
