Can someone confirm the time? I think probably 9:30 again but am not certain.
I know Mike, Cathy and Jerry plan to attend. I encourage anyone else within driving distance to attend. it is so important to the Saskatoon, Sask. complainants who have been cut out of this process, and to keep tabs on what exactly is happening here.
I will blog later with a few other things I want to cover.

Hey all…….I am sorry that I can’t make it to Windsor tomorrow for Marshall’s court date. It will be the first time in quite a few years since I have missed one of his appearances (or lack thereof). My thoughts are with those of you that are going through this ordeal. I do hope that Gary and Tim were able to call and talk to the crown who is handling the case (choke) here in Ontario.
To those of you attending tomorrow I would say have breakfast on me, but I guess that it will have to be…..have breakfast without me.
I will see you all at his next appearance, because I know that there will be at least one more.

No problem, John. I can’t get there either, thanks to work and this storm. Talked to Jerry today, and he will let us know how it goes. Gus told Jerry that this will be another 30 second charade, but it will be to set a date for sentencing. I will be there for that one, come hell or high-water!
