Here it is, from NTV, Father George Smith in the courthouse in Corner Brook, Newfoundland today where he faced a further 24 sex abuse charges, for a total of 62:

Father Smith has opted to forgo his right to a preliminary hearing and has chosen to be tried by judge alone in the Supreme Court of Newfoundland.
Note that he is now in custody. He will be arraigned on all 62 charged 05 March 2012.
