There will be a press conference announcing the launch of lawsuits against Father William Hodgson Marshall and other individual and corporate defendants “for the sexual abuse perpetrated against two male victims when they were young.”
Both victims will be present and will speak at the press conference. Lawyers from the London based law firm Ledroit Beckett will be available to answer questions.
As is noted in the press release, Marshall’s crimes spanned 30 years, his extensive abuse highlighted by the fact that one of the victims is the same age as the other victim’s father.
Also named in the suit are The Basilian Fathers of Toronto, the Windsor-Essex Catholic School Board, the Roman Catholic Diocese of London and Bishop Ronald Peter Fabbro.
The Press Conference will be held tomorrow morning (Thursday, 08 December) at 11 am.
