I believe that Father William Hodgson Marshall has a court date in Sudbury at 10 am this morning. There was some question that it may have been 21 April. I meant to check to confirm but it slipped my mind. I do however think that the date of 20 April which was given by the court some weeks ago is probably correct.
Hopefully for all concerned this will be the final step in the transfer of all Sudbury charges to Windsor.
It is doubtful that there will be anything in the newspaper. If anyone hears word of the outcome please pass it along.
