A busy day in courtrooms today:
JORDAN: Father James Jordan omi : preliminary hearing 8:30 am courtroom #5, Ottawa courthouse.
MARSHALL: Father William Hodgson Marshall: 9:30 am, Windsor courthouse, “to be spoken to.”
PICOT: Father Charles Picot: Decision on motion to change dates. Campbellton, New Brunswick
My thoughts and prayers are with all those who are complainants in these cases. I will anxiously await the judge’s ruling on change of the dates in the Picot trial – I hope that it is positive. And I do hope there is something more than yet another court date for Hod Marshall in Windsor.
Please post a comment or send me an email (cornwall@theinquiry.ca) with news or links on nay of the above.

I added quite a bit more information to the Father Barry Glendinning page. I hunted for a couple of good articles which were written by Christie Blatchford in 1989 after parishioners at Blessed Trinity in Willowdale discovered that their new assistant priest (Glendinning) was child molester. I have been unable to find them but do have quotes from them in articles I wrote a little later. I stopped the hunt. They will turn up somewhere along the line.
So, I will leave the Glendinning page and move on. There are news clippings galore which could be added but I think there is enough there to get the message of the abuse, and the deception, and the recycling.

Father Eric Dejaeger omi will be in court in Iqaluit, Nunavut at 1:30 pm on Wednesday for his bail hearing. Keep his victims in your thoughts and prayers. This is a difficult time for them. I do hope there is some good counselling available. I heard that during the Grollier Hall trials there were excellent services provided for the victims – the Dejaeger victims deserve nothing less.

I have been given another name to add to the list of Accused: Father Pirus or Pius Finnin. Finnin, a priest ordained 1951 for the Diocese of Bathurst, New Brunswick and later serving in the Archdiocese of Regina, is deceased. I have very little information on him but will, as I said, add his name and a page with the bits and pieces I can round up.

Yesterday I discovered that documents related to the lawsuit against Father Michael Fallona csb are on the Windsor Star website. I downloaded them yesterday and will post them later.
Enough for now,
