Father Hod Marshall is due in court 14 July 2010. That appearance is rescheduled from 02 July 2010 – it was related to the one charge of indecent assault stemming from the allegations of the first complainant to come forward. IF further charges are laid the 14 July court date may well entail ‘marrying’ the two sets of charges.

I see that Father Tom Rosica, spokesman for the Basilians, says complaints about Marshall came late in the priest’s life. I wonder if Rosica means criminal complaints came late in Marshall’s life? According to blogs posted on this site and the circulating letter “now is the time to come forward” Marshall was sent off for “treatment” years ago.
