Is Bishop Eugene Larocquenot offering any thoughts? He received standing along side the diocese. Is it an oversight that he is not coupled with the diocese for submissions? Or has he silently bowed out?
Note too that the Cornwall Police Service conveniently has last say. Not only that, note the wrap up time for the last day of Phase I submissions – a very early 3 pm in the afternoon.
Remember that CPS was after Justice Glaude for more time for its submission? By the look of the schedule I think perhaps CPS will get what it’s after. No surprise there if they do.
Also note the following study: 05 February 2009: Phase 2 Healing and Reconciliation: Research and Feasibility Study: The Adult Community Healing Resource Centre
The funds have been a-flowing into the coffers of those who were chosen for Justice Glaude’s Advisory Panel. Those are the folks who were supposed to be free of any conflict of interest.
Free of conflict of interest? What a lark! It’s looking to me that conflict of interest and a hand out must be a pre-requisite for those who get involved in any way shape or form in sex abuse allegations in Cornwall.
I say yet again – a lot of nests have been and are being feathered, and a lot of politically-correct agendas are being advanced …….on the backs of the sex abuse victims of Cornwall.
Enough for now
