Hearings resume at 0930 (9:30 am) this morning, Wednesday, 06 February 2008. Deborah Newman will continue her testimony. It seems there is a possibility that cross-examination may be completed in the morning. Lead counsel Peter Engelmann has indicated they will have business to caqrry on with in the afternoon,
All I can say regarding Ms. Newman’s testimoy to date is that she is a lovely, soft-spoken beaurocrat – difficult to listen to the montone account of ministerial perfection :). The media of the day re her testimony is posted.
I still await responses from Peter Engelmann and the office of the Attorney General re the warrant on Perry. I don’t believe it can be executed as it stands. Will keep searching for answers.
Enough for now
