Carson Chisholm’s application for standing and funding won’t be heard before 15:45 (3:45 pm) this afternoon (Monday 27 August 2007)

C-8 is back on the stand to complete his cross-examination in camera.  It is estimated that will take about 90 minutes or less.

We have been assured by the commission that Frank Horn (lawyer for Carson Chisholm) will not be called to proceed before 3:45.  There is of course as always a possibility it could be later.  If you have the webcast turned on and ready to go at 3:45 with volume up, and manage to stay close, by you should be able to catch the application from the beginning.
