Back behind closed doors

The afternoon session at the Weave Shed commenced at 2 pm – and in the blink of an eye  at this not so public inquiry they’re off in camera again!  The “alleged” victim of Father Charles MacDonald about to take the stand is apparently requesting a ban on publication of his name, removal of any indentifiers, and does not want to appear on camera during his testimony.

This “alleged” victim is already identified in documents by the moniker C-4.

The in camera session will determine whether or not the ban will be granted.  Justice Glaude will report back and hearings will commence under whatever confidentiality measures have been agreed upon behind closed doors.

Another “alleged” victim requesting similar confidentiality measures is scheduled to testify next week.

Enough for now,

Sylvia
