Labatt Case Adjourned for Two More Weeks

A man arrested by the Lanigan RCMP and subsequently charged with sexual exploitation, invitation to sexual touching and possession of child pornography was due in court again in Humboldt Monday morning.

24 year-old Nathan Michael Labatt was arrested in January.

Labatt’s matter was adjourned until September 14th back in Humboldt.

Labatt was an active volunteer with a number of youth groups within the Roman Catholic church, the Ukrainian catholic church and Scouts Canada, he also attended various youth camps, retreats, and other events with these organizations in the province over the past five years.

    Lab’s case adjourned again this time for three weeks. His case will be back before the courts again on October 5 in Humboldt. Also Saskatchewan crimestoppers have asked for people to come forward.
