Donald Grecco is staying behind bars in Belleville.
The former St. Catharines priest and admitted child molestor waived his bail hearing Thursday.
Grecco was picked up earlier this month for breaching the conditions of his release.
He will be in a Picton courtroom to deal with his breach charge next Wednesday.
That is two days before Grecco is due to be sentenced in Hamilton for abusing three altar boys in the 70s and 80s.
Grecco is also named in a three million dollar civil suit launched by one of his victims, Mike Blum.
The St. Catharines Diocese and former Bishop James Wingle are also named in the case.
