Neither Charles Picot or his lawyer were present in Bathurst court this morning. A summons for the proceedings wasn’t served on either, both presently in Montreal. Judge Ronald LeBlanc adjourned the plea until January 13th, 2014.
Picot is charged with two counts of indecent assault, one count of gross indecency, as well as one count of sexual assault.
I think I may know this person. I pray for whomever has the courage to face their past and deal with Picot.
