Preliminary hearing to start Monday

One more day and we’re on the road home!

I just discovered that all of the emails I thought I had answered are still sitting in my Outbox.  My apologies to those who are waiting for a reply – I will have to wait until I get home to get in touch.  I’ve had this problem before when I’m on the road, but this trip I thought everything was working like a charm,  I was sadly mistaken.

I will do a quick check comments and so on this evening.

A reminder that Father Leo Bastien‘s Preliminary hearing starts on Monday morning (15 July 2013) 10:00 am, courtroom #11,  Windsor Ontario court house.  I encourage those who are free to do so and are within driving distance to attend.  The courtroom is booked for five days.  If you can attend for all five days that is great – if not all five, then do the best you can to get there for as much of the hearings as you can.  There will without doubt be a publication ban on all testimony, but the public can attend – those who do attend can not publicize what they hear in evidence, but everyone is free to attend, and they can talk about such things as how many people are in attendance, and what Father Bastien is wearing.

Please mark your calendars now.  It is so important for the complainants to know that others care and are there supporting them.  I personally believe it is  also so very important that people become familiar  with the way ‘the system’ operates, and what happens in the courtroom.  Please, if you can, do try to get there.   I would dearly love to be able to be there for at least one day, but circumstances and distance make it impossible.  Rest assured my thoughts and prayers will be with everyone of you complainants every single day.

Enough for now,

Sylvia

trying to find out the priests who were serving in St Lawrence Parish in Scarborough period 1068 to 1970. My two sons were at that school and now that one of them has told his dying father that he was molested I will do my best to find the truth as my son is not well now. Thank You
