Maurice Zbar 

Maurice Zbar was the Assistant Deputy Minister, Community and Young Offender Services from 1998 to   2000 (?). 

In 2000 Mr. Zbar was appointed Deputy Minister to the Minister of Correctional Services Norm Sterling.  

Maurice Zbar testifed at the Cornwall Public Inquiry 23- 24 January 2008.
