The verdict was scheduled for 09:30.  No judge!  Delays, delays, delays.  Finally around noon word that the verdict had been remanded to Thursday 27 September 2007.  Much tension for the Parisiens.  Shortly thereafter, word that it would be at 2 pm!   At 2:30 pm Friday 21 Septmeber court was finally in session.  Justice Fontana read his carefully worded verdict:  Charges dismissed.

21September 2007: Farewell!  Helen and Perry Dunlop off to pack their bags, drive to Ottawa and catch their flight home.  Steve and Lorraine head in to the Cornwall Courthouse to learn Steve's fate.   The charges are dismissed!  A phone call relayed the happy news to Perry and Helen.
