On the highways and bi-ways 

Several years ago, in sheer frustration at the injustice they were witnessing in their city, “alleged” sex abuse victims Marc Carriere and Keith Ouellette spray painted snow banks on a multitude of roads in and out of Cornwall with red spray paint (biodegradable).  This is a small glimpse of their handiwork.
