Cornwall Public Inquiry

Steve Seguin  

Steve Seguin joined the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) in 1991.  He currently holds the rank of Detective Constable. 

From 1993 to 1996 Steve Seguin was posted with the Winchester OPP detachment, from 1996 to 1997 with the Morrisburg detachment.  On 14 May 1997 he was given the designation Detective and assigned to the Project Truth probe.  He remained with Project Truth until 09 January 2000. 

Between January 2000 and 2003 Seguin did some Project Truth work when PT cases came before the courts. 

From 02 February 2004 to 14 October 2005 Steve Seguin was re-assigned to Project Truth on a full-time basis. 

On 12 September 2007 Seguin was assigned to the OPP Project Truth inquiry team and remains there at this time (November 2008).
