The POPO always use cell records and use those captured numbers and call from restricted Numbers or call and try and catch the reciver on a conspracy charge , cause some dummies are greedy for $$$ so they set themselves up in only takes POPO 2 mins. to pinponit your location and another 10 mins to set you up for a take down , or just to see who you really are so they can surviel you to all your buddies....only logical ..with captured Cells they biuld info like a Spider WEB

all the numbers in captured cells phones or text messages that get pinched ,within 1-3 days whose ever numbers were called to and from that cell..they will be contacted by restricted numbers or use the captured cells to call those numbers in that cell or texts to find out who picks up, ask questions if you pick up ...to set you up for a secondary investigation for another bust (sweep) in the future. Once the find out who all the new players are ...And when those 11 get out they will watch all them to see who they go talk to a meet after they get out
