Raymond Lahey Raymond John Lahey Roman Catholic Bishop Raymond Lahey (Diocese of Antigonish, Nova Scotia) has been charged with possession and importation of child pornography. Bishop Lahey was born and raised in St. John's Newfoundland. He attended seminary at Ottawa's University of Saint Paul. He was ordained as a Roman Catholic priest in 1963.
