Michael Quinn 

Michael Quinn joined the Cornwall Police Service 27 March 1977.  He retired with the rank of constable in August 2003.  Michael Quinn was involved with the Police Association (like a union) from approximately 1978 to 1999 or 2000.  During those years he served on the exexutive of the Association.
