Be careful of who you give access to use your personal computer.

That’s what one person must be saying after a friend, a 17-year-old Ottawa youth, allegedly used his computer to access and download pornographic movies of children in July.

The accused turned himself into Cornwall police on Wednesday. He was charged by the Cornwall Community Police Service Sexual Assault and Child Abuse Division.

The youth was released to appear in court on May 26.

His name was not released as per the provisions of the Youth Criminal Justice Act.

There must be someway to block individual computers from going to these sites. I know I'm still a novice on my lap top, but I certainly watch My grand daughter when she is on the computer.
