The former city police officer is in jail right now for refusing to testify at the inquiry. Glaude says documents may be used to bring Dunlop's evidence forward. But, Glaude says Dunlop is still welcome to testify.  Dunlop is the former city police officer credited with shedding light on child sex abuse allegations in the Cornwall area. Dunlop is supposed to be behind bars until September but that could change if he decides to talk at the inquiry.
