Officer Will Testify About Convicted School Bus Driver-Inquiry

AM 1220

November 18, 2008 — You can expect to hear details about an area school bus driver who sexually abused young people. An O.P.P. officer will testify about the Jean Luc Leblanc investigation at the Cornwall Public Inquiry today. Randy Millar will face questions about the former Newington bus driver who plead guilty to sex related charges in 1986 and 2001. Leblanc worked at the Transport Canada Training Institute in the 1980's before becoming a school bus driver. Leblanc was the only man convicted as a result of the O.P.P.'s Project Truth investigation. Testimony is scheduled to start at 9:30 this morning.
