Steve McDougald 

Constable Steve McDougald has been a police officer since 1988.  He joined the Lancaster OPP detachment February 1992. Shortly thereafter he joined the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Task Force.  

Constable Steve McDougald testified at the Cornwall Public Inquiry 10 November 2008.
