Lorne McConnery  

Lorne McConnery is an assistant Crown attorney in Barrie, Ontario. 

Lorne McConnery was called to bar in 1973.  He has worked as an assistant Crown in Ottawa, then Brampton, then back to Ottawa, then Newmarket and then Barrie, Ontario. 

In April 2001, after Toronto Crown attorney Shelley Hallett was accused of wilful non-disclosure by Leduc defence, Lorne McConnery was assigned to the prosecution of Father Charles MacDonald.  McConnery also reviewed and gave opinion on a number of Project Truth investigative briefs
