Marcelle Leger

Former secretary then admin clerk with the Ministry of Correctional Services in the Cornwall Probation and Parole office from 1964 to 1993. 

 

Leger worked in the office with convicted paedophile Nelson Barque and “alleged” paedophile Ken Seguin.  She was an employee in 1982 when Correctional Services agreed that Barque could resign and no further action would be taken against him. (Following a complaint Barque had admitted sexual activity with probationers. )
