Inquiry Allegations

March 27, 2007 — A man allegedly abused as an eight year old is testifying at the Cornwall Public Inquiry. Marc Latour alleges his Grade 3 teacher, Gilford Greggain abused him in 1967 when he was at St. Peter's school. Greggain was never charged. Meantime, the Citizens for Community Renewal want to hire retired Toronto Cop Joe Wolfe. Wolfe was part of the Paul Bernardo investigations. Wolfe would charge 30-thousand dollars to assist the group when the Inquiry begins to focus on the response of police into the abuse allegations.
