Mark Latour

Inquiry Continues

Cornwall News AM 1220

March 26, 2007 — It's back to the hearings room for anyone involved with the Cornwall Public Inquiry. After three weeks off, Inquiry witnesses will continue to share their stories of sexual abuse. Marc Latour will talk about abuse he says he suffered at the hands of a school teacher. Later in the week, four parties are scheduled to make presentations regarding David Silmer's evidence. Silmer is an alleged victim who is not able to finish his testimony due to health reasons. We will wrap up the week by hearing from a witness who is requesting confidentiality. The witness is expected to explain what he says happened with a deceased priest, deceased lawyer and deceased probation officer.
