Cornwall Public Inquiry

Jos van Diepen 

Jos van Diepen is a former employee of the Ontario Ministry of Safety and Correctional Services.  He worked as a probation and parole officer in the Cornwall office from 1975 until his retirement November 2007.  During those years he worked with probation officers Ken Seguin and Nelson Barque.  There are a number of men who allege they were sexually abused by Seguin.  Nelson Barque was charged and convicted.

 

Jos van Diepen testified at the Cornwall Public Inquiry 16 - 18 January 2008.
