Inquiry Pub Ban Lifted

December 18, 2006 — The publication ban on details of allegations against Father Charles MacDonald by alleged victim John MacDonald has been lifted. The priest's lawyer had until today to provide a date that the matter would be heard at the divisional court. Guiseppe Cipriano failed to do that and he did not apply for another interim ban.
