Mr. Bateman. Thank you for bringing this matter to my attention. Although

You will be receiving a notice by mail in the near future regarding this case conference. Mandatory Mediation-Civil Case Management

Dear Ms. Roy:'

I am interested in filing a complaint and/or requesting an inquiry into a civil litigation brought against me on September 19, 2000; whereas, the Mediator who was assigned to the case was advised in or about 2000, that the litigation would not be proceeding, however, my lawyer and consequently, 1, was informed by the Plaintiffs that there was no need to mediate as the Plaintiffs would rather, hastily proceed to court. There has been NO activity since then and a Settlement Conference has been scheduled for January 20, 2003. I believe the "Ontario Civil Case Management Rules", "Ontario Mandatory Mediation Program" and other Ontario Laws and Rules surrounding Civil Procedure were arbitrarily circumvented and avoided by the Plaintiffs, through their error, omission or intention, and have/will consequently cause me significant disadvantage, as I am now self-presented.

Can you please advise me on how to proceed in requesting an inquiry or filing a complaint?

Please reply as so as possible.

Thank You
