Roy Hawkins 

Roy Hawkins was the Regional Administrator (Eastern Region) Youth and Community Services, Ministry of Correctional Services between about 1982and 1992/1993.  He was based in Kingston. The office manager of the Cornwall probation and parole office reported to Hawkins.  During his tenure as regional manager Hawkins dealt with Cornwall area/office  managers Peter Sirrs, Mr. White and Emile Robert.

Mr. Hawkins testified at the Cornwall Public Inquiry 23 Januray 2008.
