Pat Hall 

Pat Hall joined the Ontario Provincial Police 29 April 1968.  Hall's employ with the OPP began in Chatham, Ontario.  He worked "plain clothes" investigative division form 1974 to 1976.  He worked with the Windsor Ontario Intellignece unity from 1978 to 1980.  In 1981 he was transferred to the Perth, Ontario area.

Pat Hall retired in or about 2004 with the rank of Detective Inspector.

Detective Inspector Hall was involved with the Project Truth probe from its inception.  On 19 March 1997 he was asked by OPP Detective Inspector Tim Smith to investigate death threats against the Dunlop family.

On 24 April 1997 Hall  met with Regional Crown attorney (Eastern region) Peter Griffiths, Cornwall Crown Murray MacDonald, L'Orignal Crown Robert Pelletier and several OPP officers to discuss the materials Perry Dunlop sent to Julian Fantino.  This was essentially the germination of Project Truth.

Pat Hall testified at the Cornwall Public Inquiry 01, 02, 03, 04, 05, 08, 09,  10, 11,  December 2008.
