Cornwall Public Inquiry Sits This Week

Cornwall News AM 1220

June 18, 2007 — What's happening at the Cornwall Public Inquiry these days? Beginning later this afternoon, more witnesses will share their stories of physical and sexual abuse. Today, a witness requesting confidentiality will be in the spotlight. We know little about this person's upcoming testimony. Later on this week, Gerry Renshaw is expected to testify about alleged encounters with prominent men in the community. Several institutions want to find out more about Renshaw's stories before he takes the stand. There are only two more weeks of hearings before the Inquiry takes July off.
