On the front page of the Wednesday, Dec. 13 edition, the Standard-Freeholder ran a headline on a news article about the Public Inquiry that needs clarification.

The headline said that witness Albert Roy was told to lie at the inquiry.

However, Mr. Roy testified he was told to omit some things during questioning, but it has not been proved that anyone actually told him to lie. The newspaper regrets the confusion.
