Dunlop’s Name Surfaces At Inquiry

Cornwall AM 1220

November 09, 2006 — The Cornwall Public Inquiry heard from a victim who had contact with Perry Dunlop. Albert Roy is testifying about his involvement with the former city police officer widely credited with bringing to light allegations of sex abuse in the region. Roy says Dunlop was not involved in investigating any of his allegations. He says they talked about the situation but never got into details. Roy says when he was interviewed by city police officer Heidi Sebalj, she told him she didn’t want to hear Dunlop’s name. Roy says to this day he does not know the involvement Dunlop and Sebalj had in relation to him.
